Our aim is to produce sound, functional, commercially orientated cattle of the highest quality that will maximise the return to our clients under commercial conditions.
We emphasise good temperament, fertility, longevity and strong maternal qualities. Our herd has a reputation for breeding extremely quiet cattle with excellent constitution and doing ability, good milking ability and easy calving with above average growth rates and muscling.
We continue to utilise the best genetics available for optimum production and maximum profit. Together with the use of EBVs to provide objective measurement , artifical insemination and embryo transfer help us to achieve these aims however we never lose sight of the importance of visual appraisal. |
